Ferrero was world number one back in 2003 but sadly 'The Mosquito' is nowhere near that level these days. However, he was a surprise quarter-finalist here last year, his best run on the Wimbledon grass and in any Grand Slam event of the past four years. The former French Open champion still racks up wins on his favoured clay, but it's more of a struggle on the other surfaces. Has not played since retiring hurt in the first round of the French Open, so he's unlikely to go very far here.
